Prices are subject to change without notification. Please call our office if you need to verify a price. These prices are available to stocking dealers only. For non-stocking customers there is a 20% up charge.
Shipping & freight charges.
Freight cost is 6% - 15% for regional clients, depending upon area. For out of region customers, please contact our office at 1-203-753-7000 to receive a shipping quote for your purchase.
We try to stock an example of each item we sell. If your order is in our warehouse, delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks. If we have to special order your item, delivery time is 12 to 16 weeks. Drop shipping is not available.
All products are inspected before shipment. If a piece arrives damaged please file a claim within twenty four hours and fax to 1-203-753-3399. Include all pertinent details and contact information. Our customer service department will contact you shortly. Click here for claim form.
When we began
Outdoor Designs LTD started in the late 1980's as a supplier of cast furniture to the outdoor garden industry. Since that time we have included indoor furniture and expanded our outdoor line.
Each warehouse order requires $1000.00 minimum order. This includes both faxed and on site orders whether in stock or special item. For reorders we also require $1000.00.
We offer discounts on container orders. Please contact one of our representatives or call us directly for current container discounts.
We are C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) only. We do not offer net 30 days. For questions regarding payment with credit cards, please call our office at 1-203-753-7000.
Forms of payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money orders & certified checks. Should you wish to place your order via fax, our number is 1-203-753-3399. Please feel free to call us at 1-203-753-7000 if you have any questions concerning payment options.
We do not offer exclusivity. We carry a wide range of products; therefore it is impossible to promise exclusivity. If you maintian a $5000.00 per month order status, we will consider the possibility of a reasonable radius for exclusivity. If you are buying a container, please call our office at 1-203-753-7000.
Safety and intended use.
Some of our indoor products are sold as "fashion furniture" and are for decorative purposes only. All steps are sold as plant stands. They are in no way intended for, or safely used as, a ladder or stepladder. These are not to be used for sitting by either children or adults. Many of our indoor dining and accent chairs are not intended for frequent or daily use and are not recommended for adults over 150 pounds. Optimize your browser.
If the font edges on your computer appear jagged, not smooth, do the following: 1. Click Start in the lower left corner of your screen. 2. Click Control Panel. 3. Find the System folder and double click to open. 4. Click the Advanced Tab. 5. Find Performance and click Settings. 6. Scroll down to "Smooth Edges Of Screen Fonts". 7. Place a check in the box and click apply.
The text on your computer will now appear smooth or antialiased.
